Sipsas P.C. has a different way of thinking which reflects the depth and diversity of our founder’s professional experience.

As a former scientist and entrepreneur, John Sipsas founded the firm to provide bespoke, comprehensive legal counsel to business owners in all of their legal matters. Sipsas P.C. is unique in that our practice is general in scope (i.e. we are not functional specialists) and geared towards representing businesses and their owners across the whole spectrum of corporate and personal (i.e. non-business related) matters.

Our firm seeks to fulfill or augment the General Counsel role by providing legal advice and representation, at a moment’s notice, on a daily basis. The quality of our work and frequent, individualized attention to clients are our biggest differentiators.

Our Clients

We seek to cultivate long-term relationships with businesses in New York, across all industries, with revenues from $1 to $100 million. In addition, we frequently advise pre-revenue, early stage technology start-ups.

While we generally aspire to serve clients as holistic advisors, retained to advise on a broad set of matters, we are well-equipped to represent businesses and individuals on short-term engagements and emergency issues.
